I just had the most incredible experience at New Spring Day Spa. If you’re looking for a place to truly decompress, this is a whole vibe. I started my visit in the private hot tub, which was sparkling clean and the perfect way to prep my muscles. That was followed by a 90-minute massage that was deeply relaxing. The atmosphere in the room was perfect. They dim the lights and have soft, calming music playing, which really helps you just melt into the table. I finished the session with a body scrub that was out of this world. What really stood out was how incredible and respectful the staff were. After a long, tiring day, my sister and I decided to go for a massage. Unfortunately, it wasn’t really a massage—it felt more like random rubbing with no technique at all. The bed and sheets didn’t look clean, and the overall atmosphere didn’t feel pleasant. The massage therapists mostly just applied pressure without knowing what they were doing. The person who massaged me had hands that smelled like onions, which was very uncomfortable. The oil was cold, and every time they poured it on my body, I had to tense up because of the temperature. Honestly, I believe tipping is a way to show satisfaction and appreciation, and it should never be forced. In our case, tipping felt mandatory—we were told to send it via Zelle on the spot, even though we were not satisfied at all. I do not recommen

New Spring Spa is amazing. It was a long, active weekend, and I came here yesterday afternoon for a 30 minute hot tub soak and then 90 min massage. Perfect combo! The jacuzzi pre-soak makes the massage twice as good! My masseuse was Coco and she gave me a fantastic massage with just the right amount of pressure and stretching, plus a face and foot massage. I left here so blissed out, had the best night’s sleep, and feel like a million bucks today. Thank you!

I’ve been here a few times (massage) and really enjoy it every time. Every masseuse has been good but so far NICK was excellent! Yet to try any of the tubs/saunas
