New Spa 7

This is our favorite place for a couples massage! My fiance and I always have a wonderful experience here. They’re great about fitting us in, the massages are consistently amazing and we always feel so relaxed after, and the ambiance is very relaxing. We also appreciate the water they offer afterward; a very nice touch! We love coming here!

I had a massage with Lily and she was amazing! I asked for soft pressure and she got it just right without me having to remind her, which I really appreciated. She even included a facial massage at the end—something I’ve never had done before during a massage, and it felt so relaxing. The spa itself is super clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself!

I am disgusted with an experience I had at New Spa 7, 599 Franklin Ave.,Franklin Lakes. My 3rd time there. I overlooked the cheesy decor and questionable maintenance—the massages were very good. Last time I was there my friend and I dealt with a confusing 20 minute issue when it was time to pay! Apparently, they are clueless (or not) when it comes to using groupon! I chalked this up to the extreme language barrier. I booked another massage, never expecting a repeat debacle!! For more than an hour, we were literally harassed by the woman at the front desk! She insisted that we only paid for 1 massage. She started screaming when we were ready to leave! She kept going around in circles accusing us of owing them money. I found out about this place on Groupon about 7 years ago. I've been coming back ever since. You can't beat the price! I usually do a 90 minute massage, but have also done 60 minute and just a foot massage in one of the comfy recliners. I highly recommend giving New Spa 7 a try!

I went there yesterday with my husband for a one hour body massage and I had a female and my husband had a male. My lady tucked the blanket into my panty and lowered my panty below my butt cheek and had me exposed to the man in the room. I felt that was very inappropriate.
