Dr. Park Avenue

I found them through Instagram amd saw an interesting ad for a non invasive face spa type treatment. The staff is very informative about all procedures and are great with followup. I went in for my appt. The receptionist is very friendly. The Dr answered all of my questions while he used the machine to work on my face and neck. It uses heat and he checked in through the process to make sure im was comfortable. They offer many options for various beauty and anti-aging options. In a world of options, check out this office!

I liked my stay . I felt and hoped that the hour and money that I spent,was well worth it. I felt good after ward. The attention to my complexion gave me great confidence. I have to admit,I would make future appointments,if the price per hour was lowered. My income allows my personal spending to be within a certain,guide.

I have one word for this place - SHADY! They took my cc info to book the appointment for $25 for the consult and told me it would be applied to my procedure and if I don’t do the procedure it would be refunded but when I got there the front desk girl said because it’s just a consult you have to pay $50 along with the 25 you already paid. When I said that’s not what I was told she said I donno what you were told. That’s a third party booking agency and we take no responsibility of what they say. To which I said I don’t feel comfortable I would like a refund and she said then you need to call them. Call whom? The girl who took my cc info was from the doctors office. It’s incredibly shady. The front desk girl was very rude and unprofessional and quite terrible. The office looked dingy with n

Visited their website and was considering going for a consultation but did not proceed and now they keep sending me an invoice for $25!! No one answers my calls or returns my calls to resolve this matter. Even if I was considering going to this place with their poor customer service and bad business. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging people for services they did not receive!!!!

Beautiful clinic , great front desk staff, DrPark and the team are all amazing.
