New Soho Nails

I used this salon to have my eyebrows waxed. They did a good job, lady was nice both times. Decided to get my nails done today and asked for natural French tips. Showed them a picture and everything. They removed my dip and my nails were dirty in certain spots, but the tech kept going. I assumed I would just wash my hands with a nail scrubber at some point, no big deal. She then proceeded to ignore my request for tips and kept saying it was better to have this powder extension thing. I kept asking for tips but I guess there was a communication issue. The tech was really rough handling my nails, from shoving my hands/fingers to going over my cuticles with a file until they bled. Horrible do not go! I paid money for this and I cried all the way home. She kept burning me and pulling my hands so rough when I told her I don’t like it! I would never go back at all I rather practice at home. She spoke in her language about me and my experience there was nothing but unprofessional. I wish they would have told me they are not experienced in doing tips/gel nail polish. PLEASE RETIRE FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Very rude employees. Never going again. I walked in, said what I wanted, the woman proceeded to yell at me and told me I did not need the acrylic set that I was asked for even though my old set has either fallen off or is lifting (for context i’ve had this set for literally half a year or longer at this point…). Very inappropriate to tell your customer she doesn’t need something that she came in to pay for. I walked out.

Great experience. Lovely nails and time spent with a massage of my neck and legs and Maria does a lovely job on my eyebrows.

Very accommodating about nail shape and upgrading to gel set instead of just a manicure. (Booked wrong service by accident) Great shape! Sweet people.
