Welcoming, serene enviroment. I came in for a massage after experiencing lower back pain for days. I didn't want to go to the doctor because they usually just prescribe muscle relaxers and l didn't want to go that route. So l decided to try a therapeutic massage. Mike listened carefully to me while l explained my issue, tailored the massage to address the problem, and worked wonders. By the next day my pain had eased incredibly. By second day l was back to normal. I'm so happy l found this place. I will be a repeat client.

I had a massage today with Mike. I was completely at ease and felt safe right from the get go. He is so knowledgeable and answered all my questions (I have had many surgeries). I knew my muscles were tight, but wow... are they tight. I'm not gonna lie, at times it was "hurt to feel good". Mike got all the right spots and I can move my right hip area! I have had many massages and this is without a doubt the best massage and stretch I have ever had. 5 🌟 🤩 ⭐️

Today I had my first massage in years with Sue, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. She was so beyond professional and made me feel so comfortable! I learned so much as she was so knowledgeable and really helped me understand what’s going on with my body and why, as I asked for this understanding going into the massage. I feel amazing, was so relaxed and got a membership on the spot! Great experience!
