New salon de oasis

I’m so highly disappointed in the manicure and nails I got from this salon. I went with my grandma and mom who got pedicures and they loved their pedicures however I got my nails done I actually wanted acrylics but wasn’t really given an option when we walked in. These nails were $90 + dollars and we spent almost $300 all together and this is just unacceptable. I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel this is unacceptable for the price it costs I really could have done them better at home myself. It’s only been 6 days and 2 nails have popped off and one is falling off. When I got the nails done they were lumpy and uneven almost every nail. I’ll provide pictures. Again it takes ALOT for me to leave a bad review but I feel to pay so much for services this is unacceptable

Today’s mani/pedi was absolutely perfect—meticulous attention to detail, a beautiful polish selection, and to top it off, the most relaxing complimentary massage afterward. I paid over $110 for a full set and they didn't even last two weeks. I've never had UV gel NOT last, that doesn't even make sense. Very very disappointed and I definitely won't be back. I had a nail break after 2 days, and I went back and they did fix it for free. But I had another one getting ready to break and I asked her to fix it and the woman gave me such an attitude that she started slamming things around when I asked her to fix it. Completely unprofessional. I wish I could get my money back for the whole service. I'm actually concerned I am going to get a fungal infection because of how much these lifted. It's very clean in there, I will give them that...

I have been going here for the past few years and within the last 10 months they have become awful to the point I will never go back. Lets begin ten months ago - I had received multiple gift cards for Christmas and my birthday from various family members, Oasis would not accept those gift cards - mind you these gift cards in total were around 400$! Then what pissed me off is today, I had a no-chip or gel as they call it appointment and when I went in, they told me I had no appointment made for the time that I was told and with who I requested. I sat and got my nails done as I have a special occasion this weekend, but will NEVER be back!

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst gel dip manicure my friend and I have ever gotten. When we Informed the owner of how bad they were, we spent another hour getting them "fixed" by her. Still absolutely horrible. Color completely wrong, level is uneven, cuticles nearly bleeding, top is not smooth. To top it all off, we paid for this horrendous manicure full price. Never even got the hand massage or anything of that nature that is supposed to come with a manicure. I will have to go to another place to get them fixed just so I don't embarrass myself at work with horrible nails. Will never go back. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the massive ants that were all over the salon. Saw at least 10.
