they charged me $100 for the worst nails i’ve ever received. i showed the lady a reference photo of what i wanted and she said she could do it but clearly she couldn’t because they turned out all different shapes, sizes and lengths. on top of that she laid snagged my nails many times causing extreme pain and one of my natural nails underneath to rip. one thumb is very thick, the other skinny. my pinky’s are both extremely short compared to the rest of my hand and none of my middle fingers carry the same french size

Got a gel manicure and the color faded and became splotchy with yellow spots within a few days after the service. I went in and the manager at the front said that it looks bad and I could get them fixed. Got them fixed and had to pay for that service. I don’t like to do bad reviews but this was unacceptable and a waste of over $50.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unfortunately the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The technician damaged my cuticles (five are now scabbed) and apologized multiple times during the appointment for causing pain. To top that, she never even asked what nail shape I wanted, and the final result was uneven on some and thick, making my fingers look larger than i’m used to (I did not realize how truly bad they were until I checked them at the end as I only checked the first one she did on my pinky which looked okay). I recently moved to the area and was hoping to find a reliable salon, but I won’t be returning.

Pricey for what I thought was an OK pedicure, and then when I paid and added tip on my credit card ($10, which for a 45-min meh pedicure seemed very fair to me), she came back and said the minimum tip was 20%. What do you mean the minimum tip?? The customer chooses what to tip. This bothered me alot, I won’t be back. I had a shoddy pedicure at their Guilford location, also, had to go back and ask them to redo the polish which I have never done.

BEST nail spa ever!!!! Large and spacious, comfortable and friendly. 4 of us went together for mani-pedi. All the nail polishes are arranged by color so Much easier to pick out what you want. Chairs are large and comfy and great massage. Technicians were all excellent. We had Yo Yo., May, TiTi and Naomi. Kevan gave us the best neck and shoulder massage while we waited at the drying station. Every thing was very clean and hygiene was taken very seriously. Best to make an appointment. You can do walk ins but they may not be able to take you. Peaceful, serene and relaxing time. Parking is easy. They are located in the Stop & Shop parking lot. Highly recommend!
