New pita Beauty Salon

I visited this location for the first time today, and while the space was beautiful and the work was well done, the experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting me was dismissive and even mentioned in Spanish that she didn’t want to be there. For a $40 gel pedicure, I expected friendlier service and more effort, including helping me find the nail color I requested. Professional, welcoming staff is essential, and unfortunately this visit fell short. I’m human and understand people have bad days or could be tired but taking it out on paying guests on a job that YOU applied for is disappointing. It’s crucial to hire employees that represent you & your business like they care to be part of it!

I had such a great experience with Maria! I called last minute for mani / pedi and she delivered! Prices are reasonable! Staff is friendly, attentive and talented! This might be my new favorite spot 😍 I loved the girly interior design. All the women who work there are lovely! I’ll be back 💕

Great experience! Sofia is the only person I trust cutting my hair every couple of months! She’s awesome and quick. I made an appointment the night before and then the day of I called to reschedule since I realized I wasn’t going to make it on time. They told me no problem and were able to reschedule me with no trouble. I’ve done my nails and toes a couple of times as well by Laura and she’s so delicate with my nails every time. I had been searching for a new hairdresser for a while and I found New Pita on instagram and Sofia my hairdresser was so nice and she did exactly what I asked her which I don’t usually get from my other hairdresser. My nail tech Samantha also did my nails just how I wanted them! All the ladies were so nice. I loved it.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 7 years and I will never go anywhere else for my hair!! They have the best services, unbeatable prices and the salon owner always accommodates my needs. She is beyond understanding and very knowledgeable about up and coming trends. If I could give them 10 stars I would! THANK YOU 😊
