If I could give 0 stars I would but the color did come out nice but was not the color I wanted she was not skilled enough to provide me the color I asked for. Yvette is extremely unprofessional, rude, always late and does what she wants to do instead of consulting with her client first, she gave me a 2nd degree burn by using a hot comb without informing me or asking me which I did not need it when I told her she as burning me she told me it was because I kept moving (which I was not), she then proceeds to burn me and cut up my neck with the clippers. She also dug in my scalp as she washed my hair to the point my scalp was sore for days, I even mentioned to her that she was washing my hair rough and she proceeds to tell me "I mean what do you want me to do use the palms of my hands" instead
