Staff/owner was rude and unprofessional! Left and WENT TO NAILS HARBOR INDIAN HEAD HIGHWAY and got THE BEST Russian manicure ever!!!! No rudeness; VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INTELLIGENT STAFF at Nails Harbor. Nails Harbor had updated colors — New nails DID NOT as samples were OLD, boring and non-vibrant). Nails Harbor was VERY WELCOMING —New Nails was not as no one really cared who I was when I walked in and the person I dealt with was wild, angry, attitudinal, ready-to-fight and aggressive!! And, LAZY!! New Nails is a low-class nail salon with low class staff. NAILS HARBOR ON INDIAN HEAD HWY’S staff is TRULY A+! GO TO NAILS HARBOR AND ASK FOR ANASTASIA!!!! I went in for the first time and Tony was a nice person great nail tech I made him laugh 😆 the whole time reasonable price I love my nails before he put polish on them I will be back I found my new nail salon

Hands down the best !!! I have been seeing Lihn for 18 years and have had the pleasure of having both Lihn and Tony doing my nails for years and never and mean never had any issues or problems with services this place is amazing friendly and I have gain family members with them

Please do not waste your time here, unless you want very simple nails...like a basic manicure or pedicure. Seriously. I have NEVER been here before and should have never gone this time frankly. But the salon where I get my hair done is located close to this nail spot. I was also trying to save time as well. Something told me, against my normally better judgment, to just go to my regular place, even if I was behind schedule. So honestly this subpar service is partly my fault as well. I wanted dip manicure on my natural nails---I usually get gel manicure, but wanted to go back to dip, since I hadn't had it in a while.
