New Nail House

I usually don’t put reviews. I’ve gotten these nails done before at a different salon and didn’t have a problem. The lady was in a rush and ruined my nails it looks like someone bit my nails . I told them I’m getting nails done for a wedding! I am never going back ! They air dryed my nails like WTH just because I didn’t get gel!

I had been going here for years. Gigi excellent nail tech. I tipped exceptionally well gave her generous Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, her personal problems causes her to be nasty. Yelling at me because I didnt think the color I chose was not the one I believed she used. Because she painted it on my skin instead of my nail to show me the color. it looked completely different on my nail. When it was completely done I asked her for the color she used because it didn't look pink. She started yelling at me than proceeded to rudely speak about me to all her coworkers in Chinese. I then received a call from a friend who was waiting for me..Gigi heard me say to my friend it would be a minute because owner, Michelle, was trying to apply the corect color. I am very satisfied with the manicure and pedicure this two times . The staff in the store were friendly, skilled, and the designs were not only trendy but also elegant and extraordinary. I will definitely visit this shop again next time.

Michelle and her team are the best! They do a great job and I always get compliments on my nails. They also provide great customer service and always accommodating.
