New Love Bloom Nails & Spa

Place is under new management and the prices increased drastically. This used to be my favorite place to get SNS powder & pedicure. I recommend calling and making an appointment because it can get very busy there. Update: price went up. They have many new staff and a few have been very rough with me. A new woman did my nails on Monday and honestly I was upset eventhough I didn't say anything.. she made me bleed on 3 of my cuticles (photo with pink nails) ... it's in the process of healing at the moment... 🦋 Jen is the best!

Stopped in for a pedicure after a very long time and was reminded why i stopped coming here. They finished my pedicure in less than ten minutes. The lady was clearly in a rush to get to the next customer that my nail polish had streaks before even drying. Do not recommend and will not be going back

This is my go to place and i usually love getting my nails done here but my recent experience has been so upsetting, i think it’s because they have new people there. the lady made me bleed on my whole right hand and i believe she realized that she messed up so she didn’t use the ‘drill’ as much on my left hand. I wish i said something because this isn’t my first time this has happened. (Pictured is my nails 2 days after getting them done, still healing and in so much pain).

this place was horrible with old management and just as bad with the new people. as soon as i walk in the two spanish girls one named sylvia & the other whose name i didn’t see were staring & whispering to each other. not even trying to hide it. they’d speak spanish to each other and look right at you. my mother who was also there waiting with me has a broken nose and i could FEEL them talking about her & blatantly STARING making both of us so uncomfortable to the point my mother had to get up and say something. I called them out when i left and told them if they wanna talk about people to speak english and they shouldn’t be talking & giggling & staring at nobody when they look the way they do. DISGUSTING environment. i KNEW i shouldn’t have even tried coming here again. NEVER AGAIN. and n

My wife and I went to remove gel manicure for my pregnant wife last week. Ji was sooo considerate of our situation, having two kids of her own. Thankfully even with other customers present, she was able to orchestrate all the employees so my wife did not have to wait a long time. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone. She WILL take care of you if you respect her.
