Raffaela ❤️ is just amazing me and my sister got the service last evening. The process was quick, clean, and way less painful than I expected. She was very thorough and made sure not to miss a single spot. I also appreciated how attentive she was to hygiene and detail — everything felt extremely sanitary and well-organized. On top of that, she has such a warm and friendly personality that the appointment actually flew by. When I walked in on Tuesday night, there was no receptionist at the desk for about 5 minutes until a worker spoke up and said someone was at front. But my waxer Katerina was amazing! She did the best job on my eyebrows! Highly recommend to anyone in the Queens or Long Island area!! The room was also very clean!

I’ve been going to this location for years and I’ve truly never had a bad experience. My usual waxer that I LOVED sadly left so I was on the hunt for my new “regular”. TRISH was absolutely amazing. She is so personable during the appointment that you forget you’re even getting waxed! She was quick, efficient and just amazing!

She educated me on my unique condition and offered effective strategies that I could employ to remedy the potential risks that I could face followng my treatment. Diana also took the initiative to examine my purchase history and recommended products that she knows will aid in healing my skin, post services.
