New Look Salon & Barbershop

My mom went to this salon to get some highlights by a girl named Stephanie, My moms hair came out beautiful and she likes it but the hair stylist is so irresponsible, my mom appointment was at 11 but when she arrived Stephanie wasn’t there so she called and Stephanie told her she’d come in a few minutes but took an hour and a half to come to the salon saying “I had to get my kids.” first of all, I understand you have kids and as a mother it’s your responsibility to take care of them, but as a hair stylist you shouldn’t make appointments when you know you’re going to be busy and then lie to your clients while making them wait for an absurd amount of time. Ofcourse I thought this was a one time occurrence and it wouldn’t happen again but my friend when to get her hair cut with the same hair

Excellent service accompanied by great prices. I’ve been looking for a great stylist and Estefani went above and beyond. She took her time to listen to everything I was looking for and executed to perfection. She will definitely become my personal stylist from now going forward.
