I didn’t receive the haircut I asked for—this wasn’t a small misunderstanding; my request was completely disregarded. When I arrived, the staff was unwelcoming, and I was told I was wasting their time simply because I took a moment to choose a style. The stylist seemed too tired to explain her choices or try to understand mine, and instead of following my instructions, she gave me a very short "soldier-style" cut that I didn’t ask for. I had specifically requested that nothing be done to my hairline, but she altered it anyway. Afterward, she tried to flatter me by saying the new look suited me better, but overall, I was disappointed—especially considering the $15 I paid. I expected a more respectful experience and a haircut that reflected my preferences.

Very bad service 😒 and waited in line for 2 hours then they told me they are not giving hair cuts anymore

They were terrible. My nails were ok. But not worth the $45 dollars I paid. They don't have their prices posted so I don't even know what I paid for.

I got bangs and layers for a short haircut for the summer. The price was $15. I came at 11am but was there till 12:20. It was a busy that hour. Take into account that they don’t seem to make appointments. You just walk in and remember who is before you and after you so you go up when it’s your turn to get a cut. My haircut looks choppy so I don’t think it’s really a place for young people since I am in my teens. I have curly hair, and my recoil didn’t seem to be taken into account. They knew it was curly but seemed to underestimate how strong my recoil is. So my haircut turned out much shorter. I look much older than my age like a middle aged aunt. Many elderly people, men and women seem to enjoy enjoy going here for dying their hair and getting trims. Overall, you get what you pay for. Wh

So I didn't get what I asked for like she didn't make a little mistake she completely ignored what I asked for, and she was too tired to convince me that I'd look better the way she cut my hair and when I entered the salon they were completely mean and said that I was wasting her time because I was taking too much time choosing my haircut and for 15$ I was expecting a better haircut but she gave me messed up soldier cut and i asked her to not do nothing to my hairline but she started to messed it up and she started to butter me up and telling me that I look better this way
