I'm looking for a salon for my mom who just moved here from Atlanta. I thought the lady who gave the bad review probably had never looked better in her life, because it was a great looking cut. I could tell the cut was good because it stood out before I saw the scowl on her face. (Grace, you need to raise your score dear) In addition, this is the only salon in Franklin without a pun or a rhyme in it's name. So, I'm giving them 3 stars for that alone. I'll be calling tomorrow. Stay tuned. Update: my mom went to New Image this morning. She looks fantastic. The 5 stars are sticking. My mom loves her hair very much. Thank you new image salon

I walked in at 9:00 am to be greeted with a frown and ‘sit here please ‘ , no response to my good morning. I then proceeded to explain what I wanted , (My hair was shoulder length )I explained even with pics I wanted a shorter soft layered angled cut , meaning half way down my neck ending just above the clavicle, it’s upsetting when ego maniac hair stylists don’t even listen to their customers, they just ignore your request and do exactly what they want! I now have a short pixie cut and looks nothing like I wanted , much , much shorter than I asked for , one length and just below the ear lobe. I will never return .

I got my haircut here few weeks ago by Ms. Gail. It's the best I have had In a very long time . I will not go anywhere else. She listened to what I wanted and did such a great job. I highly recommend this place!!!
