New Hope Beauty Supply

Store charges way too much when other beauty supplies have better prices. I fell like I’m being watched and judged every time I come here. The owner does not make you feel welcome and the workers just ignore you. I’m a black girl and while I was shopping some Hispanic girl made a micro aggression about my hair even though this store has a lot of black customers. When I was going to check out I forgot something so I had to rush and walked back and forth in front of the entrance. I overheard the white girl at the front that was working say that she thought I was stealing but she wouldn’t really care if I did. Even though I’ve been to this store multiple times. Don’t go to any beauty supply store that sells stuff for African Americans but isn’t owned by one. Awful. If you can go anywhere else

So I can here and request for her to get this fragrance called ETLEE .. So Lo and Behold she has it coming this Friday February 20th!! Now this is the type of place I like to spend my money!! She puts the customers FIRST!!

I was very impressed with the size and contents the store seemed to contain everything under the sun for hair care very professional and knowledgeable staff.

I walked in the store (the girl that don't know anything about our hair) didn't speak. I asked her a question about earrings, she barely answered. I had to ask her twice. I will not be shopping at this store. Thank you for letting me keep my change!!!

They won’t honor stricter price, she said oh someone changed price. I show her 6 packs with the $5.99 stickers, she grabs all of them and takes it off the shelf. A whole box full. And they don’t care if you say I have been a customer for a long time. I’m not returning. I’m sure they don’t mind loosing a customer.
