If I could give zero stars, I would. I went with my mom because she recommended this place, but the experience was terrible from start to finish. I showed a picture and requested builder gel, which I’ve been getting for years. The tech only applied the gel at the base of my nails—as if it was a refill—which is not how builder gel is supposed to be applied. My nails were also shaped incorrectly, crooked, and nothing like the almond shape I asked for. When I asked another tech to fix them, she got defensive and claimed my nails “curve” and couldn’t be shaped like the picture—something I’ve never heard from any other salon. This was my first time to this salon since I'm new to Sumter. The staff was nice and it was very busy Saturday afternoon. But she took her time making sure I approved of my new nail set the entire visit. I loved that I didn't feel rushed and my nails came out great.

I was very underwhelmed with my experience here. I came because this is what was recommended by several people, but my experience did not live up to the hype. My pedicure looks good, but the massage/service the entire time was very lacking, and then my manicure .... it just looks like no effort was put into it. I am very disappointed with my experience here. I hope others have a better experience than I did because what I paid for was not worth the money.
