I’ve been getting my nails done here for years, and I can honestly say the quality and consistency have never wavered once. The salon is always immaculately clean, and the staff is professional, welcoming, and attentive. Every visit, they take the time to listen to exactly what I want and make sure my nails are done perfectly, never rushed, never careless. If I have a specific idea or request, they’re patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely want me to leave loving my nails. It’s rare to find a place that continues to maintain such high standards over time. This salon has earned my trust and loyalty again and again, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My favorite nail salon and I always look forward to coming in. The owners are such great people as well as their staff. This time around I opted for a pink ombré and Angela suggested the chrome finish which I love! If you are looking for a nail salon where they really care about your experience and take the time to make your vision come to life then this is the place for you. Not only are they amazing nail artists but the salon is very clean and in a great location in West Hartford Center. 10/10 would recommend

I have been a client of Johnny and Angela since well before they came to New Grace. They are truly amazing and do an incredible job on my nails every time. I am truly the most picky person and they far exceed my expectations every time. It’s kept incredibly clean and all the staff is so kind.

New Grace Nails is my go to spot and has been for over 10 years. Every time I’m there I feel like I’m at home. I absolutely adore Johnny and Angela and under their management the salon is thriving. The technicians are wonderfully capable and always amenable to whatever I throw their way including suggesting fun colors, designs, etc.
