They are not good for pedicures. Donna has no strength. I paid extra $10 for massage but she didn't put pressure at all. Was just rubbing it. Didn't feel like massage at all. When I told the one at the front she said she can't do anything and she will be the one doing the massage. Very unpleasant experience. They asked me to pay even before I left for the day. This was my 3rd time, but I'm never coming back again. Waste of money! Hans the owner had done my Manicure once and he was amazing. But this lady is too old now to do foot massages.

I went to get a gel manicure for a wedding. The service was okay. However, my nails chipped less than 24 hours later and I did no manual labor. My nails last longer when I do them myself with regular polish…such a waste of my money. I’ll go somewhere else next time:

My 75 year old mother got a mani/pedi here for the first time. After she paid, instead of giving my mother her full change owed, she took it upon herself to take her own tip from my mother’s change then give her the rest. My mother is a sweet old lady and they took advantage of her! Shame on you! It is not up to you to decide how much your tip will be! Never going back here!

I just walked out 5 mins ago and have never felt as degraded as I did here. Sylvia did my manicure and pedicure. After my pedicure was finished, I went next door to put my laundry in the dryer as I’ve expressed to Sylvia . After returning , she begun my nails and before she applied the gel to my nails I was asked to pay for my services before the gel gets applied . I have never been asked to pay before the gel is applied . Nonetheless, I brought this to Sylvia and the owner’s attention and they weren’t a valid reason given ! I’d love to stray away from any racist assumption, but it was very evident being the only one asked to pay before the job is completed!!!! I wish you guys treat every human with the same respect no matter what their skin tone .

I was a new customer and they gave me a new guy who did a HORRIBLE job on my color powder manicure. For some reason, this man used the "Step 3" activator after already putting on the "Step 4" top coat. Immediately after I got back home, I noticed that it looked cracked on multiple nails. Seven days later, it looked like my picture and cracked off. It's embarassing going to work like this, and I couldn't go back to get it fixed because I don't work in the area. Lemon pedicure was decent, nothing special, but also overpriced ($40+). If you're a new customer, don't waste your money -- they were overpriced for the worst color powder manicure I've ever gotten.
