Brought my children here for hair cuts and stopped spending my time and money here. The owner is incredibly rude. She/he will respond and speak of their character themselves I’m certain once they respond to this post. My son suffers from contact dermatitis instead of advising or helping they treated him like he was dirty and unworthy of being treated like a person. Don’t be late not even 5 minutes. But arrive on time and wait over half and hour past your scheduled appointment to be seen. The chairs to wait were busted and dirty. Parking was limited and overall experience lacked luster. I stopped coming here but I continue to get email updates and promotions which reminded me to leave this review. Glad it’s working out for many but I, me….. The staff is very nice. I have sat and watched each of them while my children were getting serviced and they do a really great job on anything they do. Been here twice its always pleasent no drama. They are great with children. Tc does mostly braids and she wonderful. She is actually the 1st that my daughter likes and says it doesn't hurt while getting braids.

I have been going to this barbershop for 5 years plus and let me tell you never again. The only reason why I lasted so long is Because of how close it is to my school, she is very unprofessional. And by that I mean I will book an appointment for 3:30 and wouldn’t get seated to 3:45 because she is either talking on the phone or talking to the others people in the shop. She is also picking up phone calls while cutting your hair and will have you sit until she is done with her phone call to continue. She has a dog running around with no concerns to customers that have dog allergies, he is jumping on the chairs, sniffing customers that walk in, just a mess. But what really topped it all off for me was when I was charged $53 instead of $35 because “I didn’t make my last appointment”. I clearly

This place I love. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable about any haircut you might want. She's fast, and she will educate you on different products for your hair. There is also someone that braids hair. So you can get a haircut for you and your wife can get her hair braided.
