Terrible experience. Had two appointments with Rick that were both confirmed days before, and both times he was cutting someone’s hair and didn’t start cutting my hair twenty minutes into the appointments. He rushed through my cut and didn’t listen to what I asked for. First haircut he left my hair very uneven. The second appt he took the fade way higher than I requested, left the back uneven, and the whole cut looks sloppy. Didn’t take accountability at all. When I confronted him about it, he said it’ll “grow back” and he’ll do me a “courtesy” by giving me another cut.

Went in as a walk in and asked for a low burst fade. Cut my hair way to much, later he cut my bangs way to short which my hair is stilled messed up 3 weeks later. Would not take a walk in and do appointment only. Does not listen clearly and cuts uneven.

I had an exceptional experience at this barber shop. Both Christian and Rick did a fantastic job cutting my hair and my sons . Their professionalism, skill, and friendly demeanor made the visit enjoyable. My son was comfortable and happy with his haircut, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it was clear that he takes immense pride in his work.
