New Elegance Master Haircut

Stopped by today with my son and nobody even acknowledged we walked in the door. No "hi sir will you be getting a haircut if so I have someone now I can get you after" or anything. So I waited no problem I noticed they were busy. But then a few people walked in after I did and they proceeded to ask them if they were getting a cut didn't even ask us. So I got up and to leave and one of them asked" why I was leaving". Two seconds ago nobody spoke up, til I got ready to leave. I just walked out and went to another barber shop. No order no communication will definitely not be going back.

All the barbers are amazing! Extremely good at their craft! Show up and have a picture to show what you’d like. Remember to be patient and trustful in your barber. They will take care of you and you won’t be unsatisfied! My barber was Henry! Todos los barberos son increíble! Son muy buenos a lo que hacen! Cuando uno llega Traiga una foto en lo que más o menos quiere. Recuerde que tenga paciencia con el barbero y tenga fe en el. El barbero lo va a tratar bien y con cuidado! Mi barbero era Henry!

My son has been going here since he was about 2 years old & I have no intentions on taking on him anywhere else. They all work fast, so you never have to wait for hours like other barbershops. They are super patient with kids. My son goes to Miguel, but just from sitting & watching, they ALL do a great job! I highly recommend this place!

Best barber shop in Raleigh. My father has been cutting his hair there for years. As a new Yorker new to Raleigh I expect nothing less than excellence when getting a hair cut. I can confidently say that is what you can expect when cutting your hair there. Give it a try you won't be disappointed
