New Do's Hair Salon

I have been going to New Dos since I was a kid and to this day I wont let anyone else touch my hair. I recently got married and had Kim trim and highlight my hair. She made it the perfect shade of blonde and even added a toner to help me get just the right shade. She took her time and did such a great job as always. She then did my up-do for my wedding and she did amazing. She made sure it was perfect and even went out of her way to buy special pearls to add to the up-do. She made me feel so special and beautiful on my wedding day. I could not ask for a better cosmetologist.

I saw Ms. Kim and let me tell you... She understood the damn assignment. On top of having a killer personality. I almost felt like I had been friends with her for years and came in to sit in her chair and catch up while she made my head beautiful . I actually came to her bc I had gotten a perm a few weeks prior to seeing her and the person that did my hair didn't do good. Np knock to that person but It ended up looking like I had no perm at all. Like NONE... So Ms. Kim fixed my issue ..She took her time while at the same time moving along. 40 years experience.. I mean come on you can't go wrong with that.. so if y'all are looking for a good hair person I def recommend Ms. Kim Bassett. I sure did just find me and my family's hairdresser... Me and my mom have been going to Kim's salon since we first moved to kannapolis back in 2010 she always makes my hair feel super soft and it always looks nice. No where else can compare to this salon. Seriously the best.

My family has been going to Kim at New Do's for over seven years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Kim takes the time to listen to you and comes up with hair styles that fit your personality and lifestyle. Her passion and expertise is evident in each hairdo she does!

Took my son to get his first hair cut. The lady there was so nice and sweet. And super friendly. She made sure to set aside some of his hair for me to keep for keepsake of first hair cut. She even put it in a bag and did a little certificate. And gave him a sucker for after. I love this place
