New Buffalo Inn

My fiance surprised me with 2 nights here for Valentine's day and my birthday. It was a cute little place but it definitely could've been better for the price. He spent a little over $400 for 2 nights and we got the deluxe king room. It's the room with the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom and a cute little pink tiled kitchen. The main issue we had with it were the ants in the kitchen. We saw ants crawling on the counters within minutes of us being there while we were putting our new groceries away. And ofcourse, it just got worse as we cooked and had dishes in the sink. We had to kill so many ants and they still just kept coming! But it was obvious that has been an issue because there were little ants everywhere on the counters and down in the cracks. I also wish they would've cleaned up outside

Quaint little place in a good location-near the shops and walking distance to the beach. Quiet and clean. Staff pleasant to deal with regarding questions.

The hosts were great especially during a check-in snafu with digital reservations digits mix-up. Room was cute, cozy, and quiet. We also had two massages at the spa that were especially welcomed after traveling. We stayed five days a little after season which was perfect for getting away from the summer crowds and plan to go again for a full week next year. Five stars plus!!!

Such a wonderful place - I booked this room at the last minute and Lisa could not have been more accommodating. I will absolutely be back in the summer time.
