I would highly recommend New Babi Nails. The shop is always very clean, the people are always very friendly and helpful. I go every two weeks for a fill in and have been happily going back for over 5 years now. Chris is my manicurist and she is always so happy to see me. She is great at her job and you can tell that she truly enjoys being there. Whenever I get compliments on my nails, I recommend New Babi to them. They have a very loyal customer with me!!

I see Chris and she does a great job and I am extremely particular about my nails. Diana does the absolute most amazing massage, I've been seeing her for years. And the pedicures are so relaxing! Very clean with attentive staff and beautiful decor, I always leave feeling like a new woman!

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. It takes a lot for me to write a review. Never do. I'd post photos but there is nothing to post. They literally took the nail polish off of my daughter's nails after I challenged the upcharge they wanted to tax on for my daughter and I have alternating colors. Nothing fancy. no gel. no patterns. no designs. just using more than 1 color. The owner waited until AFTER to share there's an upcharge. then had the audacity to put it on me for not asking, I never have been to a nail salon that charges extra for multiple colors. if so, fine, but share that with your customers prior to performing the service. I was picking out our colors for 20 minutes right in front of her face, I even asked the nail tech IN FRONT OF THE OWNER(or so she claim

I love New Babi! I’ve been coming here for years now and I can’t think of another place to go. The space is clean and the staff is very friendly. There’s a ton of color selections and my nails are always done perfect! The spa pedicure is my favorite and I just love getting a massage while my nails are being done!

I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and was told to sit at a pedicure station. I sat for 20 mins before anyone even spoke to me. The pedicure was ok but she ripped 2 of my cuticles. I also had a gel manicure and she made two of my cuticles bleed too! She kept cleaning the blood from the nail with an alcohol pad which seems like the worst possible way to dab up blood. I said it hurt and she ignored me. I couldn't leave fast enough. And the whole service was $100! Never coming back. I've given this place a chance for the last time.
