Sooo happy with my hair! I haven’t trusted my hair to a stylist since I moved a year ago and naturally, I was in desperate need of a cut. I wanted a bold, funky shag and Kimberly was AMAZING at listening to my goals and providing recommendations for future appts on how we could get there! Every member of the salon was kind and efficient, helping each other out as needed. For my shampoo, cut, and style on long hair, I paid $90 and walked out feeling brand new. I look forward to coming back to Neve. Thank you!

I had an AMAZING experience at this beautiful, airy, relaxing salon! I was so anxious walking in the door because of what I had done to my poor hair. Stylist/owner Kim Ochoa took me under her wing so that I left feeling and looking 100% better! Before I went to Neve, I had damaged my hair over the past three years with several home bleach attempts, and awful DIY cuts. I felt so ashamed of my hair that I didn't want to go to a salon in Santa Cruz, my hometown, but I finally decided to give Neve a try during our annual family trip to Tahoe. Kim treated me with total compassion, and she took the time to discuss my future hair goals so that I felt empowered to take better care of my hair. Kimberly has been doing my hair for years, she is the only stylists I will use! She’s a brilliant colorist and is always honest about the process! I have dark hair and I always go light then dark. When I take it light again and bring her pictures she’s honest about how long it will take to get me exactly where I want it! The Salon is beautiful the girls are great and my hairs always perfect. Kimberly is an experienced and talented stylist. On my first visit not only did she listen to my ideas, she created a new look for me that frames my face and also lets me embrace my graying hair. Love the name Neve, location and will definitely return!
