Namaste Yoga Studio is truly a gem in our town. Housed in a charming historical building, the studio exudes an intimate and welcoming atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for a fulfilling yoga experience. Namaste is by far my favorite Yoga Studio ever!! The yoga classes are uplifting, inspiring, and energizing. Ann Marie, the owner is a skilled teacher who can guide you into poses you never thought you could do. The studio has a friendly welcoming (non-competitive) atmosphere for locals and visitors. Namaste offers classes for all levels to feel comfortable and challenged. Although, Ann Marie is by far my favorite teacher she has a variety of skilled teachers on her staff with different styles for people to explore and enjoy. Check out the on line schedule that offers a range of classes from VInyasa, Self Care, Deep Stretch, Sound Bath, Mobility Tune up, Core Focus, etc. The prices are affordable and there are usually monthly specials, community classes, and workshops to choose from.

Yoga classes at Namaste are great! There are a variety of classes and teachers that provide a mix of what you need for body and soul. Ann Marie is an excellent massage therapist. I've been to a number of different therapists and I'm pretty picky about finding someone who can get deep into my problem areas. When my previous therapist closed their business, I searched for a while and I'm so glad I've found Ann Marie to keep my body moving!

Namaste is my favorite studio in Truckee. The teachers are amazing & the class offerings are diverse. I love the Wednesday night Body Tune Up class with Gretchen. She keeps all the athletes in town limber & teaches us how to take care of ourselves. Annemarie’s yoga classes tie the mind body & spirit together in a way that promotes peacefulness throughout. Everyone there is great!!! This studio is a hidden gem.

I have gotten massages at Namaste several times from Ann Marie (owner) & Victoria. I’ve always been very impressed with the quality and overall professional experience. They helped me get my body out of a stuck place and relieve different ailments/pain from different sports & activities. The owner, Ann Marie is easy to schedule with and responds quickly, offering different options for therapists and time availabilities. The location is great right in downtown Truckee, in a cute & soulful historic building. If you’re getting a massage and want a full self care experience I also highly recommend doubling up with a yoga class (in the same building) if you have the time...you won’t regret it, all of the Namaste yoga teachers are super high quality! This is a great local business to support wit
