I really can't say enough good things about Navya. Not only do I get excellent waxing and tinting services, and quick, painless laser hair removal, I get to spend time with a kind, lovely person. I always leave her establishment feeling beautiful, relaxed, and valued as a customer. If you are nervous about trying something new, then Navya is the person to go to. She always explains what she is doing and helps you to feel comfortable. I'm so glad I found her and I have been enjoying her services now for a few years.

I have been going to Navya for over 8 years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows and Brazilian waxing. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable, welcome, and cared for. She makes sure the skin is pulled tightly, and pats to sooth the discomfort. I never had anyone do that before, and it makes a huge difference in the experience. Navya has also taken my once destroyed nail-salon-waxed eyebrows, and turned them into ones that I love and I get complemented on! Navya's positive energy and love always makes the visits that much more special. I would highly recommend her facials, too. She takes her time with extractions and there's nothing like the pampering.

Navya is amazing! She is so passionate about what she does and more importantly, she is passionate about helping each of her clients. I usually dread going in for a wax or laser hair removal, but Navya is such an amazing person with an incredible spirit, I actually look forward to just seeing her. She gives great advice on how to maintain beautiful skin and also has fantastic advice on how to maintain your inner beauty. That's what sets her apart. I never write reviews but I felt like I had to in this case! Navya was absolutely amazing! I was in Austin for the weekend so this was my first time here. Navya was so friendly and down to earth, I loved how comfortable I was and easy she is to talk to. I felt welcomed right away and the place itself is just so cute. Her wax process was a bit different than the norm, in a GOOD way— I have very sensitive skin and left completely smooth and not irritated at all! I am so excited to try a facial on my next visit. Needless to say I will definitely be going out of my way to come to Austin more!! Thank you Navya!!

Navya is a skin and brow goddess! I’ve been her client for over two years for my brows, lashes, and facials. She is so dedicated to her work and takes her time on every service. For brows, she actually designs them in a way so they grow THICKER! I’ve also noticed such a positive difference in my skin since I started seeing her- glowing and plumper complexion, smaller pores, and less acne.
