THE BEST! Highly recommend. I have been going to this salon for at least 8+ years. It is clean and very well-run. They have the best nail techs who can do everything from gel fill-ins to elaborate nail design. And the spa pedicures are amazing! The icing on the cake is that they treat you like family!

I got a design today on my nails where they shimmer when you move your nails around. I’m extremely impressed and have been going to this nail salon for over a year! Looking forward to trying more designs!

I usually do my own nails but came here for my wedding and honeymoon nails. I got normal gel each time. My wedding nails were great and lasted a long time, but my honeymoon nails chipped after two days. Management was extremely receptive when I called and shared my disappointment, and told me that my next manicure would be free. When I went in for my free manicure, I got regular polish instead of gel, and management gave me two coupons for future use. I think this place is great, everyone that works here is very kind and does good work.

It’s been a week since my last visit, and it just suddenly came to mind — I literally started booking my next appointment for the week after next and realized I still hadn’t left a review! I’ve been to Nature Balsam Nail & Spa a few times now, and honestly, I’ve loved it every single time. Every nail tech I’ve met here is super skilled and detailed — you can really tell they care about the quality. It’s usually pretty busy (which totally makes sense), because they’re just that good and clearly have lots of regulars. I always get compliments on my nails after coming here, and I love how relaxing the vibe is inside the salon. Everyone’s friendly, professional, and the space is super clean too. Already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I got my gel nails done here just a week ago, and they are already lifting and becoming loose. For the price I paid ($130 for a very simple design), I expected much better quality and longevity. On top of that, the staff was extremely pushy about tips. It felt uncomfortable because if you don’t give a high tip, they get visibly upset or even laugh about it right in front of you. Overall, the service did not match the price at all, and the unprofessional attitude made the experience worse. I don’t think it’s fair to charge so much for work that doesn’t last, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
