Was more than pleased with this company! Was a great experience. Appointment was at 9 was greeted at the door and taken in right. The ladies were great made us feel right at home. I never knew you could fall asleep while getting your lashes done but now I know with a great lash tech it definitely happens. I have gotten tons of compliments on my lashes! Will definitely be returning. No make—up and my eyes look great!!

I went this morning to do muscle toning and skin tightening and it was amazing. The nurse, Brittany, was an absolute doll. I was there for a little over an hour and there was never a second of dull silence! Naturally Rae Aesthetics & Wellness is amazing at everything they do! Thank you for this morning! I had a facial and one session of laser hair removal after buying a voucher. The girl who does the facial is great and charismatic. One star is for the service and the other one for her. The blond girl is rude. She doesn’t answer when you greet her, that was the first red flag but I decided to give it another try… so I went for a second appointment but I ended up leaving the place without getting any treatment. I got there 25 mins early and at the time of my appointment she was not ready. The front desk had cancelled my appointment after i confirmed it. They definitely need better communication with clients and whoever they hire for advertising which I believe was the first problem, the miscommunication among them.

On Saturday, March 29, I took my two 17 yr old grandaughters for basic pedicures and acrylics. My grandaughter called on the way to the location to verify price. Although each ordered the same services, technicians provided different (one tech put acrylics on toes, other tech used a type of powder), when I questioned i was told techs provide services in different ways. A visit which I anticipated costing $142 ended up costing $196. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told none was available. I also requested a call back and have not received one. Apparently once the bill is paid their customer service ends.
