I started going here for my back and neck stiffness (sometimes weekly) out of medical necessity almost 2 years ago… in most recent months they now “enforce” not suggest a $20 minimum tip at checkout, with no signage. I have always tipped what I could and based on service as much as $30 at times. Post govt shutdown and furlough: On my recent visit last week, I tipped what I could that day (economy is ruff and stress is high), the man would not accept my $10 tip until I refused to sign my receipt… forcing him to remove the “added-on” $20 tip. Well, just to show me his appreciation, he threw my receipt at me, twice. His coworker was even appalled. The massage was ok, I got a gift certificate for Christmas here, I didn’t have a lot of cash on me so I gave them what I had the lady was rude telling me I HAVE TO PAY 20% I told her I Tip what I want or have. They started speaking their language and laughing at me, we argued for a bit and I ended up walking out she could’ve just toke what I gave her. To demand me to tip you what you want should not be the case. If so make a note and make people aware of this before getting serviced.

I had a very disappointing experience at this massage place today. The staff here are extremely unprofessional. During my massage, the masseur was talking loudly to his friend in Chinese the entire time, which completely ruined any chance of relaxing. When it came time to pay, the massage cost $30 but I gave him $40 and expected my $10 change.(I gave him 4 dollars already but I guess it wasn’t enough for him.) He tried everything he could to avoid giving it back to me. Only after I insisted multiple times did he finally hand me the change, and then he immediately said something in a rude tone to his friends, clearly about me. I definitely will not be returning. This place seriously needs to improve their professionalism, customer service, and respect for clients. I do not recommend it.

I love coming here when We are on vacation but today it was not good I had a man very tough and did not massage my feet or arms did my back and neck most times just rolling his body weight on me and talked the entire time above my head to other workers. He also appeared sick as he continued to cough and clear his throat upon checking out I knew I was not happy and was going to pay the 40.00 but he pretended not to understand English as I put 5.00 tip he took card machine away and pulled out the calculator and did 2% into it showing it would be 8.00 I then zero it out and put 5.00 he then again brought calculated out and my husband was like ok and did the 8.00 then he charged fee for using card . Have been going to this location off and on for years. The customer service is completely awful now. Went in for massage today. I told the gentleman I wanted my neck worked on. He didnt even get to my neck until the last minute. The worst part was the customer beside me had his cell phone alarm going off almost my entire massage. I asked them to tell him to turn it off and they looked at me like I was crazy. After it continued on, I asked them to check on the customer because something was clearly wrong that he hadn't turned it off. It was then the alarm was turned off. When I went to pay for this below average massage, the man almost doubled the tip amount I said I would pay (when a tip wasn't even appropriate). He told me it was a credit card machine error and offered to run it again. N
