Natural Nails & Spa

Arrived for a 5pm appointment mani pedi . They were rushed - and not crowded at all. I had 2 people switch doing the pedicure , cold water, no filing , had to ask for cuticles to be cut, cold stone massage, and barely filed callous. I paid $50 for a definite no spa type environment or treatment. I will not return.

Horrible. It has not even been a week and 3 nails are chipped and destroying my natural nails. The skin around my nails looks damage. I am not even sure what I should do? Do I drive back to them and ask them to fix this mess or just take it as a loss and move on? I post so others don’t experience the same experience. I should have known when the tech was burning me with her filing drill but I tried to be positive. Do not go here!!! They will ruin your nails!!

This place only cares about your money trust me. You can pay for spa pedicure but they will not clean under your nails and cuticles or scrub your feet properly. Everything seems like it’s a rush for this place and I’ve given this place 3 chances paying for top spa pedicure which they will get done in less than 30m I will not be returning. They rush so they can take the next client to maximize the money. If you need something quick and sloppy this is your place I warn you.

Very unhappy with the service. They were extremely busy today and rushed the pedicure. One of the quickest pedicures I’ve ever had. The nail tech did not do a good job and was very rough. I don’t like the paint job either. I don’t recommend at all! Won’t be coming back. Save your money.

Lucy and Kelly too I have been going to for well over a year almost very two weeks. Very clean, very nice and attentive. Very easy to make an appointment with the gentleman over the phone is always very helpful and accommodating for your appointments. Couldn’t Recommend this place more. Flora It’s also very sweet and gives great massages during your manicures.
