If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Went for a cut and clarify and ended up leaving with a waxy mess. I followed Lauren to this salon after the salon I was going to closed suddenly, and I don’t really get my hair done too often. I have been friends with Lauren for years and have been getting my hair cut by her employer and her previously. I went for my routine cut and clarifying treatment, as I have dirty-blond hair. Everything seemed fine after the service until that same night. I went home, showered per usual, and when I was doing my hair, the left side of my head had become a big clumped mess. It feels like someone poured wax in my hair, and it’s just stuck to the strands. I don’t use any products, style my hair, or apply any treat

I’ve HAPPILY been seeing Lauren for my hair for years and I’ve never been disappointed. She always does an amazing job and makes me feel so beautiful every time I leave the salon. I constantly get compliments after seeing her, whether it’s a fresh cut or some new highlights, I always know I’m going to love the result when Lauren’s doing my hair. I’m a blonde and she slays every single time. The tone, the brightness, the blend IS perfection. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. 💇🏼‍♀️✨

This is my 3rd time getting my hair done by Lauren Bassani, and once again I had a wonderful experience just as much as I did the first time. She’s so sweet, very professional and extremely skilled with her talent. Gave me a beautiful long layered cut and some Sabrina carpenter bangs and I’m absolutely obsessed. I also love that she showed me how much she’s going to take off the length without going over board (because we’ve all been there with hairdressers who went scissor happy lol). And for that, I trust her 100%. If you’re looking for a compassionate stylist who will guide you in the right direction and will welcome you with warm open arms.
