Natural Nails

I went to this nail salon on 01/04/26 around 9:30 a.m. for a basic eyebrow wax. During the service, the wax was too hot and it burned my skin. This was my first and will definitely be my last time coming here. The photo attached was taken the next day (01/05/26 at 9:40 p.m.), and it still stings badly. This has never happened to me before from an eyebrow wax. I’m really disappointed and concerned about the lack of care.

I don’t normally leave reviews… but I gave this place 4 tries… My first visit was great, they did a decent acrylic manicure and were nice. There’s a main girl that’s very popular and she’s pretty nice. Second time I went was for my WEDDING. I did not get the girl I requested, and they did not have 3 of my bridesmaids appointments written down. I heard them make the appointments over the phone. I had two different gentleman work on me for my wedding. They were rude, would not smile or talk to me, did not care they were my wedding nails. It was a really disappointing experience. I came back another time for a fill on my acrylics with the original girl i booked with. She was nice and did mostly a great job with minimal flaws. I spontaneously walked in to get my nails done, and they did a wonderful job. I paid a total of $80 without tip, which to me was pricy, but then again, I had a time-consuming and more complicated design than the normal mani. There was a total of 3 technicians working on about 6 different people, but I didn't have to wait long at all. They were all great at working together efficiently and accurately; boucing back between people when necessary. Every person before me walked out with a smile, and to say the very least, so did I.

Was not a very good experience. Phoned in to see if I could have a manicure and the lady told asked if I could come in 45 min. I said, yes. When I got there she asked me what you I was there for and I told her that I called and I was told to come in 45 min. Apparently, she was the one I spoke to. She asked me my phone number and said she didn't see my number on the caller ID. She than asked what time I called so I told her my phone shows 4:28 pm. and I was told to come in 45 mins. I also gave her the phone number I called and she said that's the number and she apologized. She told me we can still do the manicure but if I can wait, and I said yes. I waited about 30 mins. I was not pleased with the older lady that did my manicure, she cut my finger and nervously laughed and apologized and ne

Oh my god. I went last Sunday with an appointment because I called earlier but then turned to be they clean my old gel then let me sit down wait for then like another 30-40 minutes. Even they said sorry we are less on people today this that but I don’t think that’s the way it should be. If like a 10 minutes reasonable but 30 no. Others done the job in 30 min. And in the moment I’m really need to let the job done so I wait and I don’t want to make it a big deal just hope the work is okay. But then one day later I already have a finger gel peeled Down which is never happened to me before probably some is done like in 4-5 days but normally could hang there for a week or more. And then okay right now only 5 days my whole hands nearly ruined.
