Natural Nails

Update: Three for three! This is the third time I have had a pedicure. FABULOUS! Qui is terrific and I am enjoying this new self-care habit! Highly recommend! Past post: What a treat! Qui was wonderful! Loved the scrub and hot towel. Very reasonable for such great service! Love my toes!

After a horrible experience elsewhere and no time to fix before a month-long trip overseas, when I came to try Natural Nails for the first time, my nail set was super embarrassing and multiple broken acrylic nails. Qui reassured me, looked at my ideal photo, and not only did a great job replicating it, but also my acrylic set has lasted like it was supposed to—a full 4 weeks! I took my daughter to have hers done at the same time and she also was thrilled with her beautiful star nails! We love that Qui listens and does her best to make sure we love our nails, I have taken my daughter back for a fill in (silver-white for back to school) and going back for mine as well. I had asked for coffin shaped acrylic nails and they did a horrible job. Nails were completely crooked. And my daughter got a gel manicure and the top coat ran all over her fingers and dried like that. Im sorry but when the nail tech has to constantly reassure you that your nails look great when they turn out like this, then it’s a problem. 85.00 down the tube.

My experience was good I thought but it hasn’t been 2 whole days and my nails aren’t looking the best . Mia did my nails and the finish look was looking alright but two days later not so much. I gave three stars because my husband got a mani and pedi and he liked his services.

There are 2 things I look for in a nail salon, nice people and work quality. This place surpassed my expectations. The people there were very kind. Qui did my nails exactly how I wanted them and was very kind and always checking up with me to make sure that I was comfortable. The nails came out great! I will be returning soon!
