Natural Nails

I got a plain white gel polish on my toes, she charged me 15 extra because I got gel and 5 extra to remove my old polish. Never going here again I got charged 50 dollars for plain white gel, she also dropped her clippers on the floor and kept using them on my feet after they were just on the floor. (Edit) not even an hour later the gel on one of my nails peeled off on its own!!!

I wish I had a better experience, but unfortunately this visit felt very rushed and the quality reflected that. I received a fill and a pedicure, and the entire appointment took less than 55 minutes. My feet were not allowed to soak during the pedicure at all, which is usually a basic part of the service. Several toenails were missed, and I actually had to trim my own pinky toenails when I got home. Once I got home and looked more closely, I also noticed my nail fill wasn’t filed evenly and the gel polish was not applied smoothly. The finish isn’t shiny like gel normally is and looks incomplete in a few spots. For the price of these services, I expected more attention to detail and a more thorough experience. I went to natural nails with my friends for her birthday and they overcharge us extremely and when we went back to talk to them about it, they completely lied to us and we got overcharged by $50 for no reason and we pay it in three separate checks and each of us got overcharged The service was awful and they were extremely rude and gave us attitude when we were all but nice to them we gave generous tips and still got overcharged.
