Natural Nails

Went got my nails done there. A total of three nails cracked in half. Went to get the nails soaked off was told they’re closed at 6:40 pm “can not fix nail come back tomorrow we closed”. . The sign in the door states they close at 7:00 pm. I’ll never go back nor would I recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service.

They did a manicure and a pedicure. And absolutely amazing! I’m so happy how my nails look and my feet feel amazing. I have prom tomorrow and I needed a cute design for my nails and they came out amazing. The ladies there are sweet . Good service ❤️

Tracy was my nail tech today it was the first time having her do my nails. I read a review on here that recommended Tracy. I went to the nail Salon and was lucky to get her. I just got my full sets redone (which was done at a different nail Salon 2weeks ago and I wasn't pleased with how my set looked) and a pedicure today and I am very pleased with the service received. Everyone that gets their nails done know how important it is to find a good nail tech. I've found mine so I'm definitely going back to her💅🏾

Not using clean tools. A few of the ladies has poor customer service. Nail tech requested I relax. When I told her that she pinching because she’s moving too fast , she proceeded to say that’s she’s younger than the other ladies so she’s quicker.

Summary: Basically, nails didn't last a week before popping off, if you don't want to read all of this. I got my nails done 10/26 (mind you, this is for my wedding), first off they had me waiting for an hour, which I was a walk in so I understood. Finally they asked me what I wanted and I showed a photo of the most basic french tip, the lady snatched my phone walking away with it, not saying anything and gave my phone to another lady. The ladies go back and forth talking about how they cant do it, showing it to the other ladies across the room- goodness if I wasn't so desperate because I procrastinated on getting my nails done, I would've left a while ago. FINALLY we get seen, the lady that initially took my phone sits me down and then goes off doing Lord knows what for another 40 minutes!
