I purchase hair from this location asked an associate to assist me with braid hair the sold me crochet. I went on vacation came back with the hair to return it with receipt and they refuse to return stating it was used. I have never seen this type of unprofessional. The manager of course don't remember me from a week ago. After this experience I had to post I work in customer service and I really don't understand these businesses and how they treat there customers. It's ridiculous!

Hair store usually has what I need. It’s not the biggest hair store so they don’t carry every brand, styles or lengths so it would be best to call first if looking for something specific, prices are generally on the high side. This store does have security that will walk the aisles but not in a harassing way in my opinion. Judy was super sweet my 2 yr old daughter was pulling things off the shelves playing with it in the store and instead of scolding me or being rude she nicely guided my daughter to help put the stuff back and even gave her a little doll to keep.

I’ve come to this store since high school, never had any issues before. I don’t know what changed but staff manger doesn’t value their own policies! I called them a day after shopping asking about refund because I realized I bought the wrong color and brand. They told me no refund but we do exchanges or store credit must be within 7 days , original box and not unseal, I told the associate ok that’s great I haven’t even opened anything and I still have my receipt. 3 days later I come in , the associate told me, to got to the manager she handles it. This lady looked at the stuff and receipt and was like no, this is no return. I pointed out on the receipt it literally said Exchange or store allowed must be unsealed, original condition. She literally just ignored it. The staff was just looking

I went to this store to buy human hair, but they gave synthetic hair for 130 for a 3 pack, and the 8-inch frontal cost way too much and cant even get a refund
