I am so grateful I found this salon. I am particular about who brands my hair and felt immediately at ease at this salon. Kwame is wonderful and the 2 beautiful ladies that braided my hair were exceptional. I couldn’t be any more happy with the final results of my knotless braids. I’ve found my forever braiding salon. Thank you again!

I’m honestly torn about this review. The braids look really good, the salon was clean, and everyone was nice. But I asked for boho knotless braids and showed a picture of a lighter, more manageable style. What I got came out much thicker and heavier. This is definitely the kind of look the girls want for vacation, but it’s not what works for me, so I’ll probably end up removing it in a week or so. I came to get braids so I wouldn’t have to worry about my hair for at least a month, but instead it feels like too much hair to be carrying for the next few weeks. It’s just really heavy and full, and when I try to put it up it’s just too much hair to manage. Like literally more than two full fists of hair so I can’t comfortable put it up in one pony. Timing was also a lot for me — I got there a

I texted the number available online and scheduled an appointment that same day. However, I never received a wash. The braids came out uneven, and my ends were popping out of the braids. The parts were not straight, and the style didn’t match what I had requested. I specifically asked for koruba braids, but she barely swirled the ends. I paid almost $200 for a style that I’m now taking down. Some of the ends are fully swirled, while others are just stubs.

They are so horribly unprofessional. They ignore their own prices . They ran out of the hair color I wanted , and told me to go to the store to purchase the hair. I went to the store WITH the braider and asked her what hair they use. Spent $100+ on hair and then they tried to charge me full price. (Their full price includes hair provided). I’ve been here over 3 times and paid the same price with same color I got done. They tried arguing with me over a decision their braider made without consulting the boss apparently. They’re telling me I had to pay $230 on top of having to purchase the hair. Bad Management . I literally send people here , but not anymore. Never going back . Disgusting !

This is a very honest and brutal review. Of all my experiences of doing braiding in different salons for 15 plus years now this has to be the worst. I’ve booked an appointment for early in the morning at 8am and i’ve immediately got my hair washed which was an instant green flag. Then i have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for someone to start my hair which was no biggie because i’m a very patient person. I then proceeded to get seated and then the lady took another hour to prep the hair and get everything ready which again i’m very patient and i don’t mind. The braiding process took another 8 hours because the lady decided to take many breaks and she wasn’t listening to my needs. When she first started the braid and she showed me it was the perfect size and the right amount of boho until sh
