I had one of the best facials of my life from Arlene. The environment was peaceful and comfortable. All of the steps of the procedure were thorough and unhurried, ending with a very relaxing massage. I could feel immediate positive improvement in my skin. The package deal for three facials is well worth the discount and it is a good reminder to follow through. Came to natura for the first time after going to another place only ever. I thought waxing was just always supposed to be so painful but, with Yarik i had absolutely zero pain!! And i have a low pain tolerance so thats saying alot!! 10000/10 recommend she was so sweet and nice and made me feel like she cared about my skin and hair health, not just trying to sell me things! If you are a new comer as for Yarik shes the best!

Leondra did my waxing. Complete upper body front and back. I had only one other experience with waxing prior, and not as large an area. She was awesome. I can't say enough. She was as good as experience as i could have imagined and maybe better. Her professionalism with her pleasant demeanor were a perfect combo for someone a little nervous like myself. She made me feel relaxed. She was fluid in her movements as well as efficient in her application process. I could not have asked for a better experience. It was so pleasant and experience that I immediately booked for a follow-up right after our session. i love leondra!! I have been with this spa ever since I began waxing and it has honestly been the best experience ever. Leondra is always welcoming me with a smile and always chatting with me. she makes me feel comfortable and happy with my brazilians and gives me tips and tricks on top of that. I always catch myself talking to the front desk staff and just overall laughing with everyone who is there. Also not to mention how fast leondra is, my girl can get it down. please give them a visit and i definitely recommend the membership you’ll save money if you commit!
