Native Sun Tanning

I have tanned at this salon for years and have actually worked at this salon 6 years ago. Within the last year of starting to tan here with the new owner it has been nothing but constant problems. First I was paying for the membership for use of everything in the salon with paying 3 months upfront and the magic bad was broken 2 1/2 months of the 3 months I purchased never even got to use the magic bed as I was building a tan first! Told one of the girls working that I would like a refund for at least the extra amount it would have been for the higher level because I didn’t get to use it at all! She reached out to the owner who took a week to get back to her and that was with me asking the girl several times if she had heard back from the owner and the owner only gave me 10 “free sessions”

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a package of sessions to get a base tan before a trip. Since I never tan, I relied on the girls working to tell me what bed to use and for how long. I was advised to do their level 4 bronzing bed for two sessions. After two sessions, I saw no difference. I found out later that since I did not have a base tan, those two sessions were pretty much a waste. On my third visit, I told the girl working that I was not seeing a difference and she recommended the level 3 bed. She said since I was doing the full time in the level 4, I’d be completely fine doing the level 3. I hesitated but she assured me I would have no issues. I’m confused is this open until 9pm or not? I’ve come here 3 times at 8ish and it’s closed, once with someone inside with a little girl who seemed like I should have known its obvious they’re closed cause the door is closed… Yeah but you’re posting the wrong hours.

I had a great experience getting both my trial and wedding day spray tans at this establishment, and the results were flawless. Although I had different technicians for each session, they both delivered exceptional service. They effectively provided clear instructions for aftercare while making the whole experience comfortable. My tan looked stunning on my wedding day!! Only problem now is I want to come get weekly spray tans lol

Purchased a year of spray tanning in a package, the spray tan bed is consistently not working. The employees tell me to go to one of their other locations 30 minutes away. The reasons given have been bed is broken, out of solution, purchased wrong solution and the list goes on.
