Disappointed and Frustrated - Will Not Be Returning** Usually, I've had good experiences here, but my recent visit was disappointing and frustrating. I scheduled an appointment with Nathalie in advance for Senegalese twist, and even called to let her know I'd be an hour late she still wanted me to come in. I live an hour away. I arrived at 1pm, Nathalie was out of the country I waited 2.5 hours for the lady to finish with a client, Nathalie was out of the country. My hair was done and finished at 11:35 PM, she immediately started with someone else hair. I had white edge control stuck on the unnecessary edges made all in the braids for 3days. I called every day until Tuesday; the number wasn't working (Valentine's week). I requested some money back, but Nathalie said she'd fix it instead

Had an appointment this morning at 8am, she never showed or called. I called her two times and she never answered. She used to do this to me all the time in the past. I would wait hours for her. I was 4 minutes late the last time I went to her and she had the nerves to give me attitude. Got mad when I told her I have waited hours for her over and over and she said I was wrong for calling her out. I don't know why I'm shocked, I should be used to her doing this. Very unprofessional, bathroom is nasty and she don't have to worry about me calling her again.

She is an angel and her hands are truly blessed and gifted!!! She braids very fast!!! She’s very nice and sweet and her assistant is too!!! I’m so happy!!!
