The service took place inside Natalie Michelle Salon, and there was no indication the stylist was operating independently, so from a client perspective, her behavior was a reflection of the salon. I searched the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and could not find an active cosmetology license for the Darryian, which raised additional safety concerns. My intent in leaving this review was transparency and client safety, not to misrepresent your business. The staff is professional and work quickly to get you in and out. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I enjoy the music. Update 12/13 Went for my first closure and Natalie did not disappoint!! Love my sew in bob 😍
