If I could give zero stars, I would. They first lied to me and told me that they o thread eyebrows. I showed them their web page which clearly states they thread the full face. She refused to provide service because my hair is "course", which we all know what that is code for. I am very upset. I do not advise anyone of color to patronize this establishment.

I love getting my eyebrows threaded here! She does such a great job at not making my eyebrows too thin, and she does an excellent job at tinting them. Thank you!!

My cousin and I have been coming to Nasrin for years to get our eyebrows threaded. The owners of this establishment always go out of their way to make our experience wonderful. These are the kindest ladies you will meet in the cosmetology world. We will continue to support this small business for years to come.

Disappointing and Disrespectful Service My daughter and I visited this brow threading service, expecting a quick and simple experience. While the threading itself was fine, what followed was a nightmare of disrespect and poor customer service. The issue began when their payment processing system experienced a delay. Despite showing them my payment confirmation and the transaction reflecting on my online statement, both the owner's daughter (who was behind the counter) and the owner herself dismissed this evidence although they asked to see it. They accused me of not wanting to pay, even as I offered troubleshooting suggestions and showed them proof of payment.
