I have really grown in my understanding of the mechanics of my body in my work with Lloyd. I have a condition called EDS and Lloyd’s clarity about how my body is different and the maneuvers I will need to practice in order to move without pain has been so effective. I love the electrical massage aspect of his work. He has supportive tools I’ve never seen before that work and reveal his deep passion and understanding of the body. He knows his stuff!! I’m so thankful to be working with him.

I had a wonderful experience at Nashville Bodyworks. Lloyd has a keen insight into the muscular function of the body and guided me into exercises to retrain my body to move with better posture and alleviate pain. He has a gentle strength that is supportive and encouraging. It was also my first experience with elections plus, which I found fascinating and can’t wait to come back for more treatments. Since my session I find myself moving with more intention and understanding of my body, better posture, and more effective workouts. Lloyd has helped me immensely with improving my posture and every day movement patterns. In turn he has helped me to eliminate a lot of chronic back/neck/shoulder pain I had dealt with for years. His Electrons Plus machine feels AMAZING, and has further helped with the pain. Its like a massage on STEROIDS! Truly a unique and therapeutic experience to have him massaging you with stimulating electric current. Wow, Lloyd truly is a gifted therapist and coach. He is a wealth of knowledge in regard to movement, and how the ways we move affect our structure. He also considers lifestyle and nutrition choices, and assessed me as a whole person. After putting the work in on my own based on his corrective movements, the discomfort I feel from having scoliosis is so so so much better after just a couple weeks. Thank you Lloyd!
