Napa Valley Hot Tubs

We have been customers of Napa Valley Hot Tubs since we bought our first hot tub from the Big Al in 1999! We have been getting excellent service from Al’s service guy, Steve, ever since! Recently, we finally decide to upgrade our hot tub, so we went to their store on Jefferson St. in Napa. Sean and Miguel were happy to show us all the newest hot tubs and explain the features of each one. We choose one that fit all our needs and Sean was very accommodating to help us purchase it and get on their delivery schedule for the next day! Fernando and Brandon came the next day, installed our new hot tub and hauled away the old one. Sean then came over and thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles on our new hot tub. Miguel even texted us after installation to see if he needed to come out

We love our hot tub!!! Sean was amazing to work with! He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. He kept us informed while we waited for the delivery and made the installation just in time for Christmas. I can’t thank him enough and I highly recommend Napa Valley Hot Tub’s!

We had a great experience purchasing our hot tub from Napa Valley Hot Tubs. Sean was super helpful, patient, and accommodating as we found what we were looking for. He even let us preorder to take advantage of a sale, and held the tub until we were ready for installation. Even after the install, he is still willing and available for hot tub advice. I’m really pleased with Napa valley hot tubs. I’ve had hot tubs from Costco, cal spa, jacuzzi. I’ve purchased my latest spa from Napa valley hot tubs and artisan elite. Recently the control panel stopped working, I went over to Napa valley hot tubs and spoke with Sean (who installed the hot tub approximately 4 years ago) and told him the problem and how often I use the hot tub (every day). That was on a Monday, and by Wednesday the hot tub had a replacement loaner panel installed and was back operating. The next hot tub I purchase will definitely be from Napa valley hot tubs because of how courteous and professional and how they remedied the problem within 2 days. The service they provide is amazing. And it’s nice to deal with someone who is local where you can physically walk in and talk

A long overdue shining review for Sean and Napa Valley Hot Tubs. As a first time buyer, I found Sean to be informative and beyond helpful. He introduced me to an electrician and a mason to help install the needed infrastructure for my hot tub and was responsive to all my questions following the installation. I highly recommend this establishment.
