I was a faithful customer. I live out of state & come here to get my hair done. I’m very unhappy with the recent service that I received. I paid an astronomical price for my hair which went from being one price to another. You lost a good customer!

I only came here a handful of times and i never learn. I can say i only ever had one good experience here out of all the times i have been here. $115 for washing and pin curling my sew in was crazy. Then the blow dryer almost caught on fire as i was being serviced. I was looking at the menu since I couldn’t get a price breakdown. Pls go to another salon they pick and choose who they want to upcharge. I only went here bc I was on a time crunch and they were close, but there’s a salon on Bergen that’s more welcoming and only charged me $65 to wash and style my sew in if you’re in the area.

Horrible!! They tell you one price then when done they upcharge & give a price for service they did NOT do!! My daughter came here for a basic doobie, her hair stops right at her neck but they told me itc weeks be $45 over the phone yet charged a different price when finished & they didn't even use rollers for the doobie they just blow dried her hair straight then wrapped it around & charged $60!! RIDICULOUS no bounce, nothing.... HORRIBLE, POOR SERVICE👎🏾I will never return here😠!!

They didn't disappoint. Got my Boo in & out and all the way together. These lovely ladies were recommended to us by a friend and we definitely will be going back 😊🩷 Thank You Ladies !!

I’ve been coming here (including my mom and aunts) and Naomi has literally grown my hair out from the years of flat ironing and dying it. Naomi nor her staff does not sneak any relaxer in the washing and conditioning and my family and I all have different textures and we all leave satisfied. My trims are precise and my hair feels literally better each time and lasts 2-3 weeks without applying more heat! It’s been over an decade and I’ll forever support!
