I have never before written a review on any establishment, but my experience with the owner of this place today, July 12th, 2025, was SO HORRENDOUS that I had to do this. Even if it is one person I save from having a similar experience, it'd be worth the hassle. First, SHE CHARGES ARBITRARILY. This woman quoted $300 for small knotless boho braids back in March 2025. Thinking I would have forgotten that, SHE ASKED FOR $320 TO MAKE SMEDIUM KNOTLESS BRAIDS WITH NO BOHO HAIR. We had a whole back-and-forth about that because it MADE ZERO SENSE to me. She was forced to reduce the price when I confronted her about it. Next, SHE IS GREEDY AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. She asked me to come in at 8 am since I had to leave at noon. First time coming and felt like it was Welcoming atmosphere, professional experienced hair braiders and good pricing. Treated my hair with care.

I go here all the time and I love it. The braiders stays late to accommodate me and my busy schedule which is amazing! They are always friendly and hospitable too. Although the prices are high you get what you pay for and they will work within your budget no matter what to make sure you get s clean polished style. I have been coming here for over 20 years and although I only come a few times per year I always get a good style and great service.

I booked a 10am appointment a couple days earlier. The morning of I called in and was told to arrive at 10:30, which I did, on the nose. There were still two people ahead of me on the couch so I had to wait an additional 3 hours. Couches were dirty with crumbs too. At this point the daughter of the owner has arrived and finished eating lunch and sat me down to take a look at my hair. She didn't ask me what I wanted, and didn't speak any English. I'd mentioned I wanted twists when I called in so that's what she started doing. No question about size or if I wanted extensions. She told me to come back next month when my hair was longer, nevermind I had braids done two months ago. I decided I was done and left, never to return.
