Made a reservation online for nail removal but had to wait for 30 minutes. I paid extra for cuticle cleaning and basic shaping. She didn’t even ask me how short I want to cut my nails and just cut everything. She asked me what shape I want and I said round. But as you can see, there’s absolutely no shaping at all, and she scrubbed my nails so hard that it hurt. You can even see the front of my index finger turned red. Definitely will not come back

I came here for Brazilian and threading with Sonia. She is amazing!!!! I have very low pain tolerance and she recommended me to try the honey sugar soft wax it was painless. She did really well and clean def will become my go to. Thanks Sonia!! xx

Doesn't honor appointments schedules. My appointment was set for 2:30 for which I arrived about 2:25. At 2:40 I was told "2 more minutes". At 2:55 after asking, I was told it will be "10 more minutes" , finally at 3:07 I was taken in. My appointment was booked through classpass. If an appointment time slot is unavailable it shouldn't be visible in classpass, this is the whole point of scheduling. Haircut was fine.

I’ve been going to Nampa Himalayan Salon for almost a year now, and honestly should’ve written this a long time ago but here we are! Sita di is truly the best! I go to her everytime for all my services; amazing at brow tinting, threading, and lashes, always so kind and detailed. I always get compliments whenever I get my lash extensions done by her, so you know it’s good gooodd! The owner, her daughter Achala, who always greets with a smile , and the whole team are super friendly and welcoming. I even did my hair Botox treatment with cho Tenzin, so communicative and skilled, made my hair feeling soo soft and healthy! It’s even more special knowing it’s owned by someone from our own community, which makes it feel like home. After years of searching, I’m so glad I finally found the one salon

I had my graduation nails done at Nampa Beauty, and they turned out perfect! everyone there was super talented, friendly, and made sure everything looked perfect. I love how my nails turned out!!
